Service Description
Whether you have been meditating for years or this will be your first time, this mantra based meditation can take you on a purifying journey. This 1:1 zoom meditation course is approximately 3.5 hrs in length. The 4 enrichment classes can be completed in a minimum of 2 days/2 sessions. Session 1 includes introduction to meditation. Mantra instruction ceremony will follow and you will receive your own birth mantra and instructed how to meditate using this ancient and sacred technique. Session 2 includes when, where, how to meditate, and a spiritual dive and review into the higher states of consciousness. In this course, you will receive the tools and learn to develop a daily meditation practice. Meditation can have many health benefits from stress management, improving relationships, releasing toxic energy, feeling more at peace and centered, and feeling more connected within your own personal spiritual practice. One of the greatest gifts in this course begins with receiving and experiencing your own Vedic sacred birth mantra and embarking on a journey towards your true essence.
